What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique—or EFT tapping—is a gentle yet powerful healing technique that combines tapping on specific meridian points with carefully crafted language to reach the heart of what's really going on. It's rooted in a simple but profound principle: feel it to heal it. By creating space to fully experience emotions without suppression or avoidance, real shifts begin to happen. The combination of physical tapping and emotional acknowledgment works at the root level, addressing core feelings rather than just surface symptoms.

EFT addresses the emotional roots of behavior and discomfort—the feelings that keep us stuck or acting out. I've worked with humans carrying harsh criticisms from childhood that still echo decades later, and helped animals navigate everything from grief over losing the spotlight to anxiety about no longer having purpose. One dog transformed after a single session; his person barely recognized him.
Whether it's fear, anxiety, grief, or the weight of responsibilities that weren't yours to carry in the first place, EFT creates space to feel what needs to be felt so healing can actually happen. For animals, this often shows up as behavioral changes - bullying stops, reactivity softens, the nervous pacing settles. For humans, it's the release of patterns that have been running the show for far too long.

What is Scalar Wave Energy Healing?
Scalar Wave is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that works on a quantum level to support balance and wellness. Like Reiki, it channels healing energy—but Scalar Wave works specifically with scalar frequencies that transcend physical distance, reaching you or your animal companion wherever you are.
This work addresses root causes rather than symptoms, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Scalar Wave can help with physical issues like pain, inflammation, and illness, as well as emotional concerns—anxiety, trauma, fear, behavioral challenges. Both animals and humans respond beautifully to this gentle approach.
When needed, I may incorporate psychic surgery—an advanced energy healing technique that works on the energetic body to address physical issues requiring deeper attention. This happens intuitively after the scalar session, focusing on concerns you've already had diagnosed.

My Scalar Wave Story
In July of 2024, my chihuahua, Molé, suffered a tear in his left heart atrium. He screamed and the life seemed to drain from his body. I immediately blew into his nose and gently rubbed his chest. He regained consciousness, but was very weak, and my family and I rushed him to the emergency hospital.
While he was being treated, I sent out a call to my school's community page for scalar help. Students from the program - far and wide and at all levels of practice - jumped in and sent scalar to Molé. The hospital told us there was bleeding around his heart and the prognosis did not look good. They released him about 24 hours later with a prescription for Yunnan Baiyao and heartbreaking news: cherish his last moments. We might have a few days. We might have a year.
By the time we got home, it was as if nothing had happened. He seemed totally normal. Still, we took their advice to heart and cherished every moment. It's been well over a year now, and he's still with us - thriving, in fact. We recently took him to the vet for an unrelated issue, and they asked us why we were still giving him the Yunnan Baiyao; there was no bleeding around his heart!
Ever since that day, I have been a passionate believer in the power of scalar wave healing. I would love more practice to refine my skills and help more animals like Molé - which is why I'm offering these complimentary sessions.
